A new hardwood floor is only as good as the base under it and the details at its edges. We check and correct the subfloor first, lay the boards tight and straight, and handle the transitions, step-ups and trim so nothing looks tacked on afterward.
When the piece you need doesn’t exist off the shelf, we make it. One customer’s new birch floor needed a stair nose and a step-up piece that weren’t available, so the crew custom-made both to match.

Yes. We feather new hardwood into the old and refinish it all together, so it reads as one floor.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. We pull up old tile, carpet or flooring before the new floor goes down.
